I like the contrast. Innocent-looking Miku with cute mascots with the ominous red moon in the night= WIN.

The red moon gives out a dark ambiance... Love it!!

The music isn't bad. I like the intro especially. Very dark. The body is... a bit too short I think... It feels like a cliff hanger, leaving me unsatisfied... Though, it's nice and sweet. Absolutely love the contrasting sweet voice with the dark melody.

Here comes Tsubasa:
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeek!!!!! OMFG. They didn't die. I can't believe that. The dead should always remain dead... Ok, so maybe I shouldn't be so mean. But it's just uncool to revive the dead(s), even if they're not completely dead, according to CLAMP's theory...

Conclusion made, there's none, totally no logic in CLAMP's universe.

The weather got me. 2 hours of dodge ball training under the sun is bad for me. A day walking under the burning sun with no wind is also bad. Everything tolled up on yesterday night, and OMG, I didn't notice even at night it was 32°C. No wonder I had a headache and had to sleep early.

Woke up this morning feeling better, it rained before, so it was pretty cool. But for some unknown reason, the headache came back to haunt me. *ouch*

Guess it's light out early tonight too.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood OP was sung by YUI. It's so nice that I don't want to get tired of it so fast. It'll be up the next time, right now it's on my queueing list. I love the very-short-piano-part, then the guitar part rocks. The OP scenes are just gorgeous. I love the art!!

There's two part where Winry and Hawkeye appear and their lips synchronize with song.

The ED song, 'Uso' is catchy. But the ED scenes don't really suit at some part... I admit that the kiddy-drawing style is cute, but the animation drags the music down. Just like a dancer's postures and movements doesn't suit the music played.


LOLz. Always emphasizing on their heights.

As expected of Bones, the quality of the animation is near perfect, for now. I have yet to see any obvious character distortion like in some most anime. The colour... Well, it's a bit different from the previous one. The outlines are light and the colour is much more lighter. I prefer colourful anime, especially the ones where the blood is shiny and red...

The overall of the colour gives a nostalgic feeling. No doubt that every fans will compare the old one to this one. I prefer the older's colour. Bleh, I even used the screenshot as my model picture during form 3.

Let's not judge it with only one episode... We have more to come. OH YES!!

Going back to Tsubasa...


CLAMP decided to leave us in confusion. So it's the usual incidents first, explanation later.

Funny la... Syaoran calling his father who looks EXACTLY like him... One so serious, another look bewildered. Geez, I want to know why papa-Syaoran's wearing the same outfit...

I already lost count of how many Syaoran and Sakura we have... In the last chapter, seems like another Sakura in high school uniform appeared. And that one looks exactly like CCS Sakura's one...

So... Does that mean that Sakura-mama isnt CCS Sakura?

Fine... I'll just wait for CLAMP to clean their mess.

Tsubasa Shunraiki was out on the 17th. The quality was better than the TV series, which most of the fans despise due to the lousy animation, always out of shape characters and horrible graphic. Sad to say that this OAD's quality is lower than the OVA's...

*sighs*

Still, better than nothing. I'll just have to close one and half eye every time I spot something terrible coming up.

The opening... was a bit of disappointment I have to say. So they skipped the Celes and Infinity arc, which is just a bummer. I don't care about Celes, but the infinity arc was my favourite. Yes, I always fall for the Gothic theme and fighting scenes.

How I wish to see Sakura in her devilish Gothic lolita dresses... Ah, CLAMP always have wonderful designs.

But there's nothing we could do, no? So let's continue. The opening song was Sonic Boom. The name's very scientific, and yet the song was so 'springy'. The OP animation was quite pleasant, as it complements the OP music. I love the ancient China touch that was shown at first.

The battling scenes were breath-taking. Especially when they have Ohkawa directing behind the scene.

Final scene for the OP. The effects were nice.

Awesome. The background, the art, the postures. This is near perfect. The kimono is quite detail and their proportions are very CLAMP-ish.

Lol at Ashura-ou for appearing in only this scene and dies in the rest of the scenes...

Things are getting a bit out of control... Kurogane's fringe... Never mind, I see nothing... *lol* Not that bad actually for the overall...

Lalala~~ Do I think I get the pattern of the animation of the story? Both OVA and OAD have Syaoran Syaoran fighting scenes!! That makes me so happy and content despite the quality of the animation is still... (I seem to have the tendency to go lalala when I'm happy)

Syaoran and Sakura. Ah I feel so sad for both of them... T.T I hope the animation quality for the first OAD was lower than standard was due to the fact that they want to save the best for their ending... It better be.

*rofl*These two makes me laugh when they showed up... It's no wonder CLAMP design them to be brothers in this series. They're so alike. Smiling all the time...

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle Chapitre 216: The Point Between Life And Dead

So... I We've been fooled, again. It's very complicated.

Initially, we thought, the Sakura and Syaoran from the bloody tube were the Sakura and Syaoran we saw in the first chapter.

Later on, as both the clones died, we thought they were the real ones in the bloody tube, and even had the feeling of 'OMG~~ So both Sakura and Syaoran in the tube are not who the we thought to be!!' and 'OMG~~ this is another evil plot of CLAMP.'

And now, we were told that they are Syaoran's mama and papa, aka CCS Sakura and CCS Syaoran in the tube.

*red light flashes*

*brain breaks down again*

'Oh no. Not again.'

*mends scattered brain with super glue and replaces it*

OMG...
Where did Touya and Yukito got the tube in that world....

So it's the papa and mama in the bloody tube...

Not their son... O.o *warning sign blinks*

Still, I don't get how this (refers to scene above) happens... They're in the tube... And....? All Sakura have wings....?

From right, Mama, Sakura, Syaoran (in dilemma to see Papa and Mama) and Papa.

Wait... Syaoran's price of staying with Sakura in Clow (or Acid Tokyo) 'not to see his family anymore'? Isn't seeing their souls (Souls...? Hmmm... Really souls?) like cheating...?

I am just so happy with this. Amaterasu looks amazingly pretty and original!! This scene looks fairly good to me. Amaterasu is really beautiful!! The tone and colours are near perfect~

And now moving the focus to Tomoyo~~ I'm a bit sad at the fact that they kept her 'bunny-ears' round, it was pointed in the manga though...

Well, unfortunately not all the scene were so detailed. Seishirou looks fine in this, but totally out in another one which I don't even wanna post here.

Witness the horror of bad animation. It's starting to get a bit off already!! Nooooo...


Another happy news, FMA will be out on 5th of April!!! Replacing Gundam!! (Yes BYE-BYE Gundam!) Lalalalala~~~~ This time the plot with be following the manga!!! I'm so excited!!! So we're having two anime of FMA but different ending!!! But the manga still running, so I'm wondering how will this anime ends... It might wait for a second season...
