Endless

Tsubasa's ending next chapter.

*moans, shrieks, screams, throws tantrum*

Knowing that I'm gonna ramble for quite some time *remembers Code Geass* and majority of the readers here are totally not into these...

I'm creating moving my fanatic alter ego to this blog!

Pandora Hearts

Yes, Pandora Hearts! The manga shares a similar art style as FMA, although less detail. But the anime suck... The characters look hideous most of the time. Gilbert's eyes are to slim!! Their clothes are out of shape!! T.T

Thank god, at least they have Fukuyama Jun as Vincent, who makes everything more enjoyable.

Alice's ribbon is hideous. Luckily, they have Yuki Kaijura as the music composer to make the whole anime bearable...

And these little moments are wonderful. Generally it's barely bearable, but there's a lot of these chibis turning up every often, which are hilarious.

This is nice. Just cute.

Just one question I want to ask. Who was it that Gilbert wanted to stop Oz from killing? Didn't Oz notice that??? He should!!

Mystery just cleared. It was as I suspect, Oz's father. That crazy, twisted old guy really hates his son...

The manga rocks.

07 Ghost

It's gonna be about manga and anime. I've just realize that I have yet to make any post for them for quite some time... So it's time to tidy my mind. If you're not interested, I supposed there's not much that I could do, right?

First impression: I love the colours and tones.

OP theme: so-so, sounds cliche to me...

ED theme: not bad, enjoyable

Character design/animation: 8.5/10, no one undergo any sudden plastic surgery.

Story pace: 7.5/10

Forgotten what caught my attention. The story stands out in a way. I've read, and still reading the manga, the art is pleasant and pretty. No what-so awesomeness but the colour drawings are nicely-coloured in a harmonious way.

Teito and the oh-so-cute Mikage reincarnation. At first glance, Teito's character design wasn't really impressive. I mean, there's loads of his look-alike in the manga world. But since he's the main chara...there's nothing much I could do, too.

Hakuren, the Mikage look-alike. Voiced by Fukuyama Jun!!! XD OMG, he sound a lot like Lelouch!!!!! *Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~~* Even his eyes are purple!! In some ways he's similar to Lelouch!! No wonder Jun-jun forced his voice low-alto, which is something he needs to work hard on!!

As expected from Studio Deen, the background is breath-taking. They made everything to look so fairytale-ish!!! The colour tones, the 3D effects, shadings and highlights, awesome! Just this church looks holy enough!!

The OP animation was generally good, I give a 6.5/10. What pulls the rating down is this:Eeeeeeeeek!! Is that a girl???!! What's with those pointed toes???!!! The posture is so girlish!!!

-.-lll
Can't he look more manly...? The background was pleasant, the little hint of rainbow was delightful, but whoever drew him to look like this deserves a big slap in the face!!!

The 3D water effect was very impressive. Just beautiful. It's sunset, Studio Deen is simply awesome to make it so real. Never mind the humans in this pic, they just look wrong. I've been wondering where did Frau sit on? Was the fountain curb (what do you call that? A wall?) that wide that Teito could lay and Frau could sit on it together....?? Let's just assume they can.

Moving on to the story. The thing I like the most in this anime is probably the eye fish, which are fish that looks like eyeballs. They're edible, not to mention delicious, although I have yet to try them... Fabulous. I love the matter-of-fact-look on Castor's face when he explained to Teito.

Still can't stop myself drooling over the background...

The anime didn't follow the manga loyally for some episodes. I was so freaking disappointed when they wasted around 3 episodes that didn't contribute in moving the story moving forward. What's with the I'm-waiting-for-my-dad-so-I'm-stealing-food little girl and the I'm-weak-help-me-oniisan green hair girl who calls Mikage 'Brother' for some unknown reason? Fillers!!! Heez, I hate these kind of meaningless fillers...

The manga, wasn't really bad. But it can be better. The art would go cuckoo and messy when it comes to action scene. I could only make out most of it only after I watch the anime. But in overall, it's a manga that receives 7.7/10.

The characters are pretty cool.

The more interesting and not so stereotypical character goes to Frau, a pervert bishop who hates god and yet blesses people with 'May god be with you'. Inevitably, he has some typical 'cold on the outside soft in the inside' trait.

Then we have Castor, who has a reasonably tragic past, but nothing too special. Labrador, on the other hand, shocked me when I discovered that he, is a he. I watch the anime first, and I seriously thought he was a she. There you go, a flower loving gentle 'man'.

Now, Hakuren Oak. The initially self-obsessed guy. Cool and calm, he's walking a path that leads him towards the god-serving pervert bishop. He's actually pretty cool and has similar personality as Castor's.

The antagonist Ayanami, is very mysterious. Apparently he's Verloren's soul. By logic, he'd want to wreck the human world once he got back his body, and yet, he said 'I would protect this empire' with a ready-to-die look. Why is he so contradicting??? I'm suspecting there could be something wrong with the God here... And lol, he looks a bit 'fatter' in the anime. I think I like the manga version better. His hair doesn't look that thick and 'curly' in the anime too.

I like Aya-tan's subordinates. Especially the lollipop licking guy. xD Another thing that's weird is that the supposedly bad guy Aya-tan actually appreciates his fellow workers... Hmmm... Why...?

I just can't stand the hint of BL in the anime. Like, Teito runs and jumps to hug Mikage and Mikage hugging him tightly or Frau carrying Tetito around... I don't know what, but those scenes are soooooooooo wrong.

Hagaren

OMG. How could I mistaken him as Edward!!!!!!!!!!!! Eeeeeeeekk!! He's Hohenheim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe I'm that stupid!!!! I'm so ashamed of myself!!!!! T.T

I should have recognize his rag clothing!!!And I thought he was Edward with no fringe!! Father and son, they look alike!!!!

LOL.

It's so cool!! Having the young Hohenheim to be the first character to turn up in the OP and Trisha up next!!!

LOL! Hohenheim is so cute when he was young!!!!

Lin!Greed is on my fav chara list right now!!!

Somehow, this Greed is more sophisticated, this has nothing to do with his long hair. I like his taste for clothes, he looks much more princey (with a bit of a Lelouch-like aura) than the original Lin, although, he himself is Lin... lol, very complicated!!

He's got that if-it-doesn't-concern-me-it's-none-of-my-business trait. I love the moment when Lin!Greed reprimanded Bradley for looking down at humans!!! XDD

Right now, his greed seems to be focusing on gaining freedom from the Father. In some sense, he acknowledged the humans' strength and understands that humans are never meant to be underestimated, which makes him a thoughtful guy. Shallow charas are not worth loving

Even when he was reborn within Lin, he showed such courtesy that makes it hard for me to imagine that he is one of the 7 sins...

Heez. I want to make a new skin, but have no idea which theme to use...

Tsubasa is so overwhelming that it now feels underwhelming...
Pandora Hearts needs more pretty colour page...
07 Ghost needs less Teito and more Hakuren...
Fullmetal Alchemist is pumping my adrenaline, but I can't find suitable artwork...
Erementar Gerad is pretty, but no pretty colour page...
Code Geass is over, no more pretty image... (Oohh!! Maybe the new art CLAMP is doing might work!!)
Kuroshitsuji also lacks a lot of gorgeous colour page suitable...
Fairy Tail doesn't suit my style...
Naruto is definitely out.
La Corda Doro is too lovey-dovey...
Nabari's style is getting more distorted... (OMG, Why are their arms soooooo skinny???)
Vampire is not my cup of tea (can't stand the emo people... Especially Yuuki...)

And now, my dad wants me to help him to design his website.

*scoffs coughs*

Oh great, now you want me to design??

Hahaha *can you sense the sarcasm?* And you didn't want me to study arts...

Assignments are towering, tasks are overloading, clothes are piling, my table is messy.

Life is very complicated.
I feel like going back to ice age.

C2AGE

Went to HELP college to support Hong Chun's C2AGE last Saturday. I never knew that HELP college is actually an underground labyrinth!! Cool!! Though, I wouldn't like it to be unable to see the sunlight with lots of building on top of my head! lol

Vincy and I met up with William and Weng Hoe at Will's house (which is just across the street...). Waited for Kian Min. My my... He's like my mum, 'I'll reach there in 5 minutes!' We waited for 10. He's still not there...

Never mind that.

Reaching there... William led us down the sewers tunnel subway.

Reality check.

This is Malaysia.

Not Japan.

So yeah, it wasn't really big or fancy, but it was pretty fun.

Reached there just in time to see Hong Chun giving a speech as the president (Amazing guy, president in first year). After that, a Japan Ambassador gave a speech in English, and with a lot of effort, he did it in Malay.

Amazing, in a way. Though it doesn't really matter if he couldn't speak Malay... I don't mind him speaking English at all...

And then, he sang two songs, one English and one Malay.

Impressive I must say.

Hong Chun giving his speech!!

Found Cherng, Kazu, and the gang on the stairs.

OMG. Aaron-san dancing!!! lol

Entertained by this bunch of dancers. Can't stop laughing to see that Aaron is dancing that cute dance!!! (The most famous Suzamiya Haruhi dance anyone? Or wait... Was it that...?)

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
And Yuen Ying was there too!!

The stage

With some of us still in our puberty, we were starving after that. (It was 12 already) And Kian Min turned up with Kin Min later. So the whole bunch of us wander along the corridor and got back to land where there is sunlight.

Seriously, deciding where to eat with more than 7 people was just freaking hard.

As we strolled down the street, fate toyed with Aaron's 'spear'. For your information, Aaron cosplayed as William T. Spears (mind you, not William Shakespeare!!) from Kuroshitsuji. Any decent cosplayer will definitely have their characters signature item with them.

The spear thing trip and fell. And one end came off unceremoniously. Haha, the culprit was horror-struck, naturally.

We ended up in Subway, with the sad broken spear following us reluctantly.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
At subway!!! Ken and William, and Kin Min looking shy behind.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Ah Chung, who turned up halfway when we're looking for a decent place to eat.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
A photo with most of us in!!

After lunch and blasting Subway's roof off, we headed back to the event, just in time to see some action going...

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
The hentai-oji from Dragonball and someone from somewhere I've seen before but couldn't recall...

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Shizuka Hio, a not-very-Kaname-looking Kaname, Zero and Aidou (well... Should be...)

That's pretty much for that time, then we got split up and got bored. So we escaped to the theatre. It was playing Toki o Kakeru Shoujo (The girl who leap through time). It was a great movie with Oku Hanako's Garnet as its ending theme. Though, it would be more pleasant if the air-con wasn't blowing directly at me...

Then, we leave the theatre and joined the 'Guess the song name and its artist and source' game.

Nooooooooooooo.

Some were familar, like Slam Dunk's OP (Ah shoot, I didn't know the name), Gun X Sword OP (I just know that song course it's just not my type...) Could have got 'Platinum' from CCS right... I just couldn't remember the name and I didn't hear Kazu mentioning the name... I want that goody bag...

And after the last bag was given out, the cosplayer chess tournament started. Aaron and the emcee were the king of both sides!! OMG. Aaron was so cool, and funny that day!! LOL

Come to think of it... If there was someone cosplaying Lelouch... Wouldn't he be the best candidate for the king!!!! LOL

We got a nice surprise when we saw Shen Yen, still very, very blur appeared. She came and before I, or we know, I was jumping onto her. Apparently, she's one of those who thinks cosplayers are scary weirdos!!! LOL

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Cosplay chess!!

I think the whole cosplayers as chess pieces thing is very confusing. lol They should have label them!! Otherwise the king'll have to ask them, 'excuse me, what are you?' over and over again.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
One thing your ordinary chess piece can never do, seduce your enemy!! The girl was cunning smart! She knelt before Naruto to kick him away!! And Naruto simply scratched his head and played dead. LOL

We (Vincy and William + me of course) left HELP around 4pm... The event itself wasn't that fancy, but it's really nice to see so many old faces again~

Next event, DAICON!! Daicon in July anyone!!??

Heeh... I have so many to blog about... Things are really piling up... Will try to update and finish my Perth trip soon... And noooooo... Oral next week!!!!!!!! Oh dear! What to do?! What to do??!!

Scattered Brain

Don't bother me right now. I'm busy.

*gathers scattered brain*

*fills the brain model with it*

*toast them in the oven*

*takes out dried, harden and in-a-piece brain*

*replaces it back to where it's supposed to be*

I think I'm back to normal...

Anyway, back to the reason my brain fell apart.

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle Chapitre 216: The Point Between Life And Dead

So... I We've been fooled, again. It's very complicated.

Initially, we thought, the Sakura and Syaoran from the bloody tube were the Sakura and Syaoran we saw in the first chapter.

Later on, as both the clones died, we thought they were the real ones in the bloody tube, and even had the feeling of 'OMG~~ So both Sakura and Syaoran in the tube are not who the we thought to be!!' and 'OMG~~ this is another evil plot of CLAMP.'

And now, we were told that they are Syaoran's mama and papa, aka CCS Sakura and CCS Syaoran in the tube.

*red light flashes*

*brain breaks down again*

'Oh no. Not again.'

*mends scattered brain with super glue and replaces it*

OMG...
Where did Touya and Yukito got the tube in that world....

So it's the papa and mama in the bloody tube...

Not their son... O.o *warning sign blinks*

Still, I don't get how this (refers to scene above) happens... They're in the tube... And....? All Sakura have wings....?

*Skips page 8 to 12*

From right, Mama, Sakura, Syaoran (in dilemma to see Papa and Mama) and Papa.

Wait... Syaoran's price of staying with Sakura in Clow (or Acid Tokyo) 'not to see his family anymore'? Isn't seeing their souls (Souls...? Hmmm... Really souls?) like cheating...?

Gah, I need to take a break, no, no break. My brain's damaged enough d...

Yes, a rest is what I need right now.

Time Flows Once More

*hears something breaks*

My brain breaks one more.

WTH.

Clow country is actually the future of Acid Tokyo?!

Is that what you want us to think, CLAMP?

Anticipation, excitement, mysteries, they turned out to be brain-attack horror.

Suspense, surprises, and now the shocking truth.

So you enjoy destroying our brain?!

And why are we still willing to let you do whatever you want to do......

But if that's the case, it does makes sense...

The desert country is what's left of the polluted past.

The sacred water reservoir is being treasured and protected by the people was their ancestors' believe being passed down.

The country's language - Nihongo(keigo), was still being use, means that their ancestors speak Nihongo. (I'm a genius!! I've been wondering why are they're using Japanese NAMES!! I can understand their conversation in Japanese coz it's a manga, but names?? lol )

The wing-pillars, they represent Tokyo!!

The sand-storm that keeps preventing the achealogist team to explore deeper into the building. It has to be Arashi's power!

The feather must have saved those people and they have never been able to return the bloody feather to Sakura. So they kept it deep in the water reservoir as a token of appreciation and to protect it!!

And the clean water, someone must have purified them!! So that's why they have the tradition to have the priestess to have the ability of purifying water!!

Gah. Never thought of making these connections...

*finds glue to mend brain*

Moooo...

Xiao Huang Jr loves the bag.

I've finally solved the cubic puzzle!!!! On Wei Fen's mama's car, randomly toying with it!

Human Comms. got no homework, except for the journal that seems to be piling up...

After the lecture, we got four hours of free time, nothing to do...

Headed over to Taylors' to have lunch with Cleste and her friend. The tom yam mee ok ok only at Asia Cafe... Will eat the waffle next time.

Killed some time at the library. Waited until Jerry and Shan Qi finish their class. Then we went to Burger King for lunch (for them).

As usual, I'm not in the photo. ;3

Later, we went to the classroom to rot wait. Camwhored for some time.

Paparazzi strikes again.
Introducing Shan Qi, Shawn and Jerry.

When Malaysian Studies finally started, I napped. Right in front of Ms. Hamizah. She didn't say anything...

And Marcus 7-11 always buka to crap bullied her.

Woke up at 3. Borrowed Shan Qi's mp3 to listen. Again, Ms Hamizah doesn't mind... I'm fine if she's fine.

Chatted with Eloise, Chelsia, and the rest about manga and anime. I amazed them with my amazing knowledge.

Click the photo for something interesting if you can't see, Cleste.

Lessons learned, listening to the lecturer with one ear and music with another ear makes it hard to focus on either one.

Lalala~ Someone reads Tsubasa as well~~

*goes back crying for Syaoran*

CLAMP strikes again

CLAMP enjoys teasing us. Last chapter they gave us Syaoran and Kuro-papa in Outo. Now is Fai-mama and Syaoran in Piffle. I bet next chapter they're giving us Syaoran and Sakura in the colour splash, or it could a happy family reunion...

We had double English lecture today. One was a replacement class. Being so smart and so on, we finished the lesson earlier. Waiting for my mum, we went to the library to lepak and as well as to get my lecture notes for Human Comm. tomorrow.

After finishing saving the notes, I read manga online in the library.

How I wish I could scream back then.

Tsubasa Chapitre 210 was out.

CLAMP just had to kill Clone!Syaoran.

Waiting for the boring, (ok it wasn't really that boring, but it's just not making much progress at all) chapters to move on, we wished and urged CLAMP to get to the fighting scene.

Now I think I rather read more boring chapters... (come on, they're CLAMP, amazing artwork, how boring can the chapters be??!!)

They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him. They killed him.

*sobs*

This is far more touching than Lelouch's scene.

Just when we got our cute, normal, innocent Syaoran back, he dies. And CLAMP just had to make it sadder by making him saying 'gomennasai' and 'arigato...' before he dies vanish. OMG, he remembers that Sakura told him to say thank you instead of sorry when you made someone worried about you...

*sniffs*

And Real!Syaoran looked so shocked and surprised when clone sacrificed himself and called his name... I was quite surprised too. Never thought he would mention him during his last moments...

*baws*

And they didn't even leave him a body..................... Just Hien.

I felt frustrated.

Wonder what would R!Syaoran think about that. I mean, if he is clone or in a similar situation as him, he would surely said sorry too... And I'm dead curious to know, which Sakura did Clone actually loved the most?

You see, he spent his childhood with Real Sakura, but it was Clone Sakura whom he protected throughout the journey. Surely he has feelings for both, although he merely thought of the latter one as the real one... So you can say that all the feelings Clone had for Clone!Sakura was merely what he had for the real Sakura... But seems to be that Clone!Sakura's death really affected him.

He memang confused lar... I mean if I were him I would be fighting mentally who to choose, although one is definitely Real!Syaoran's. Imagine if your childhood friend whom you love was switched without your knowing and you spent a lot of time with her... Surely you'll feel guilty if you dump either one...

I felt really sad for Clone!Sakura... Because she was the one who was not loved as a unique individual by Clone!Syaoran, not until she dies... And Real Syaoran doesn't have any feelings for her also since he has his true love already... Unlike Real Sakura, who was love by both Syaoran from the beginning.

Please excuse my brain for malfunctioning...
